Many people ask, "Are beagles good with a new baby coming into the family?" To date we have had no report of problems, and lots of positive reports from new parents who say their beagles not only love the babies but are protective of them. Beagles, both males and females, will often station themselves by the crib and actually guard the baby while the baby sleeps! My Brandy does this and will come get us when the baby wakes up. It has been such a long time since we have contacted you both. We wanted you to know that we're doing well and that Bailey is such a wonderful dog. She is so sweet and has become a part of our family. I can't believe she will be a year old on 6/18.

We had a baby girl, Julia on 12/20 and Bailey is in love with her. Here are some photos of Julia last week, Bailey last week and a picture of the 2 of them together on St. Patrick's Day.Just wanted to write you and tell you how much we love Bailey.
